Validation
What is Validation?
Validation is the process by which a program is assesed by a legal educational body to a certain quality and standards for use in particular country. In carrying out its validation process the commission for higher education looks for the following areas in a program:-
a) Specification
Determining what the program is supposed to do.
b) Verification
Making certain that the program does what its supposed to do.
c) Contol
Monitoring control of this program to ensure that it consistently works as expected.
The Key of an effeciently validation is to certisfy this key activities using appropriate amount of resources and with maximum liason with the institutions in question. The Commission for higher education judges that the program developed and delivered by an institution is of an approriate quality and standard to lead to its award.
Paulmark has gone through this stages and has been awarded certificates of validation in the following programs:
Diploma in Business Courses (See Certificate)
Diploma in ICT Courses (See Certificate)
Diploma in Social Sciences Courses (See Certificate)
Diploma in Biblical Studies and Counseling (See Certificate)
The value of a certificate
Many unsuspecting parents, gardians and students fall prey into the hands of bogus colleges these are colleges who may have the right content but such is not recognised by the state it then follows that by the completion of the course all the fees and any related expenses does not benefit the student. The certificate is then held as a mere paper and the holder cannot use it to acquire a job worldwide. The commission for higher education has taken the trouble of listing the intitutions with validated programs so as to warn the would be education seekers from falling victim to the increasingly high number of colleges that run unvalidated programs. We are proud that PaulMark programs are duly validated and the institution is listed in the list of post secondary colleges offering programs that are validated.(see commission for higher education list of approved colleges)

The commission validates an institutions program for the purpose of its continuity to higher levels. An institution that has had its program validated may apply to CHE for an authority to collaborate with a University for the purpose of training a degree program of the validated program.
Paulmark Colege has already been listed among the institution whose programs have been validated and therefore allowed to seek for collaboration with an accredited University worldwide for the purpose of issuing a degree certificate for the validated programs.
An authority has been granted to Paulmark to collaborate with the international Christian University (Ukrain) an affiliate of International University Vienna (Austria) for the prpose of training in degree of theology. To reach this stage it is a journey that requires positive interest for that which would benefit others and not the vision carrier. The commision has formulated a procedure which an institution should travel on to the issuance
